Sumeet Vyas (born on 27 July 1983) is an  Indian film and television actor and writer. He was born in a Rajasthani family. He made his film debut with Jashnn in 2009. He has acted in more than thirty movies and a lot of web series and commercials. He is a well-known theatre actor.

Early life and background 

Sumeet Vyas was born in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. He belongs to a middle-class Hindu family. His father B.M Vyas is a writer and his mother Sudha Vyas is a homemaker. He completed his schooling at a school in Mumbai called R.D. National School but didn’t pursue higher education. He has been a bright and hardworking kid since childhood. He was set to become an engineer but due to his interest in acting, he gave up education and started working as an editor at the age of 17.

Personal life 

Sumeet Vyas got married to an actress named Shivani Tanksale in 2010. The couple was married for 7 years after which they got divorced in 2017. Sumeet Vyas later fell in love with an actress named Ekta Kaul and got married on 15th September 2018. They are deeply in love and got blessed with a baby boy.

Career

Sumeet Vyas likes working in theatre as a theatre artist rather than in Bollywood. He made his acting debut with a small role in the serial ‘Woh Hue Na Hamare’. He later acted in the TV show called ‘Rehna Hai Tere Palkon Ki Chhaon Mein’ as Karthik. He has played various roles as a theatre artist throughout his career and also played major roles in plenty of TV series. He made his Bollywood debut in 2008 with the movie called Jashnn. He has worked in more than 30 movies till now. Sumeet Vyas has also acted in web series like Permanent Roommates and TVF Tripling.
