Dheeraj Dhoopar (born on 20th December 1984) is an Indian actor and model known for portraying the role of Prem Bharadwaj in the famous Colors soap opera, “Sasural Simar Ka”. He also played the role of Karan Luthra in Kundali Bhagya.

Early Life and Background
Dheeraj was born in Delhi, India to Sushil and Veena Dhoopar. He has two brothers and a sister. He did his schooling at a local school in New Delhi. He later earned a degree in Fashion Design. Before venturing into the entertainment industry, he worked for Indian Airlines.

Dheeraj Dhoopar was in a relationship for many years with his girlfriend Vinny Arora. They met at the sets of Maat Pitaah Ke Charnon Mein Swarg. They finally tied the knot on 16th November 2016.

Career
Dhoopar initially started off his career as a model and has appeared in several TV commercials. It was in a modeling show that he won a course in fashion design. He made his debut in 2009 as Ansh in Maat Pitaah Ke Charnon Mein Swarg. After that, he has been a part of many shows the most famous being Sasural Simar Ka and Kundali Bhagya. He has also been a host for two shows namely Dance India Dance and Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. In 2020, he played the role of Cheel Aakesh in Naagin 5.
