Kunaseelan Janany is the newsreader for Star Tamil TV and hosts the 5 pm news broadcast. She is also the host for IBC Tamil. She hosts their food and health programmes. The anchor also reviews the food uploaded on their YouTube channel and that of IBC Tamil TV.
Kunaseelan has also been the video jockey for Capital TV Sri Lanka, where she co-hosted a show called, “Tuk Tik Tok” along with host Laksana. She was extremely popular on TikTok and had over 170k followers. Following the ban, she can be seen on Instagram where she posts regularly as a social media influencer.
In 2022, she worked as a model for a clothing brand called Grabo365 and a jewellery brand called Swarnalaya Jewellery.
