Vaishnavi Gowda (born on 20th February 1992) is a popular Kannada Television and movie actress. She is best known for her role in the popular Kannada serial named Agnisakshi as Sannidhi, this serial aired on Colors Kannada TV channel. She has done a few other Kannada serials for channels like Zee Kannada, etc. Currently, she appears on Bigg Boss Kannada Season 8.

Early life and Background
Vaishnavi Gowda was born and brought up in Bangalore, Karnataka, India in a Hindu South-Indian family to father, Ravi Kumar, and mother, Bhanu Ravi Kumar. She holds Indian Nationality and follows Hinduism. She has a brother named Sunil Kumar. Vaishnavi completed her schooling at a local school in Bangalore. After completing her schooling she joined Mount Carmel College in Bangalore but left it after a few months to join Bangalore University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. She also trained in dance forms like Kuchipudi, Bharatnatyam, Belly dancing since her childhood days. After completing her graduation she started looking for opportunities in the Kannada television industry.

Career
Vaishnavi Gowda started her acting career with the Kannada Television serial named Devi in the year 2012. Her performance in that serial was appreciated by the audience which helped her get offers from directors. She has appeared in more than four Kannada television serials, the most famous of which was Agnisakshi in 2013.
She portrayed the role of Sannidhi in that serial. She made her film debut with the Kannada movie Girgitle in 2019. Apart from this, she has been featured in many television advertisements for brands like Ponds, Muliya Jewellers, etc. Vaishnavi has also promoted various brands through her Instagram channel. Currently, she appears on the popular reality TV show, Bigg Boss Kannada season 8, which airs on Colors Kannada TV.
