She became famous after appearing in the 12th season of the popular reality TV show, Bigg Boss. She has also appeared in MTV Roadies in the year 2018. Early life and Background
Surbhi Rana was born in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, India in a conservative Rajput-Hindu family to father, Vikram Rana who is a transport officer and mother, Rajeshwari Rana who is a housewife. She has two elder brothers named Abhishek Rana and Abhinav Rana. Both of them are orthopaedic doctors. Surbhi completed her schooling from Government Senior Secondary School and AIM Public Senior Secondary School in Himachal Pradesh. After completing her schooling she joined Ramaiah Dental College in Bengaluru, Karnataka from where she did PhD in Clinical Research. After that, she started working for a pharmaceutical company called PAREXEL in Chandigarh.
Personal life
Surbhi dated a few men in the past. It is rumoured that she had dated two guys at the same time during her college. She is currently married to a guy but she has kept most of the information private. It is speculated the couple is happy together and living a good life. She spends most of her free time with her family and friends.

Career
Surbhi Rana started her career as a pharmaceutical scientist for a Pharmaceutical company called PAREXCEL at IT park, Chandigarh. She worked there for a few years. After quitting her job she auditioned for MTV Roadies season 15 in 2018. She got selected for the show after she was asked to perform bhangra by Neha Dhupia. Surbhi has also appeared in the popular reality TV show Bigg Boss Season 12. She entered the Bigg Boss house with Kriti Verma as a Commoner Jodi. She was later eliminated from the show by the live audience’s votes. Surbhi re-entered the Bigg Boss house as a wild card contestant along with Romil Chaudhary. She was ranked 6th in the show. Apart from shows she creates content and posts them on social media, she also is an Influencer.
