Rohit Saraf (born on 8th December 1996) is an Indian actor who has worked in both movies as well as television shows. He began his career with Channel V’s show, Best Friends Forever in the year 2012. He made his movie debut with the movie, Dear Zindagi in 2016. He did a supporting role in the movie but gained a lot of appreciation for the same. Apart from that Rohit also featured in the Norwegian movie called What will people say in 2017 and the dark-comedy movie, Ludo in the year 2020. He was currently seen on the Netflix’s original series, Mismatched alongside the popular YouTuber Prajakta Koli.

Early Life and Background
Rohit Saraf was born in Nepal and brought up in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India to Suresh and Anita Saraf. Rohit’s mother works in a private company. He was born in a Hindu-Nepali family. He has a brother whose name is Ankit Saraf and two sisters, Swati Saraf and Megha Saraf. He completed his schooling from St. Francis D’Assisi High School in Solapur, Mumbai.
After completing his schooling, he did his graduation in commerce from St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai. Rohit’s father died when he was just twelve years old. It was his dream to see Rohit as an actor and Rohit also wanted to do the same. He was very active since childhood and participated in all cultural programmes in his school and college. He went on to follow his passion for acting.

Rohit was in a relationship with Varsha Harlalka. She is a fashion stylist. The couple dated each other for a few years and then broke up. Therefore, Rohit is currently single now and completely focussing on his career.

Career
Rohit started his acting journey when he was just 15 years old. He debuted on channel V’s show, Best Friends Forever in the year 2012 as Sahil. After that he appeared in several other television shows like Life OK’s Ek Boond Ishq in 2014, MTV’s Big F in 2015 etc. Rohit also appeared in a lot of commercials on television which included KFC, Disney Channel, Engage Deodrant and Sunfeast Dark Fantasy. He also appeared on the Norwegian movie, What will people say in 2017. The movie was nominated as Norwegian entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at 91st Academy Awards. He made his debut in bollywood with the movie Dear Zindagi in 2016 as a supporting actor. In 2019, he appeared in the movie, Hichki where he played the character of Akshay. He also played the role of Priyanka Chopra’s son in the movie, The Sky is Pink in the same year. His performance was really appreciated by the audience. Rohit is currently seen in the webseries on Netflix called mismatched alongside the famous YouTuber Prajakta Koli. In his next, he will play a leading role opposite Anandhi in the Tamil romantic drama Enge Andha Vaan.
