Asal has worked with singer and music director Santhosh Narayanan on the song, “Mustache Vestaache” for the movie “Parris Jeyaraj”. It was because of this collaboration that he got the chance to feature in the music video “Pona Purava” for the film “Mahaan”. Was working on several songs for several movies including Gulu Gulu, and Coffee with Kadhal. His songs Kolaar and OfRo were the two most popular songs by him which went viral on social media. He was the co-lyricist of a song in the movie “Bachelor” in 2021 which was directed by Sathish Selvakumar. The song received criticism because of its sound design. In 2022, he appeared in the Tamil Big Boss Season 6 as a contestant.
